⚠️ MISSING RACE NUMBERS

We have started (and will continue) to post out race numbers out to all UK entrants who have entered the Mercer Surrey Half Marathon before 21 February. All International entrants should collect their race number from the Information Tent on race day. Please note that headwraps (buffs) will not be posted out in advance this year.

Please understand that we started posting out race numbers at the beginning of February; it is now too late to change your postal address. The postmen have 000s of race numbers to deliver throughout Surrey, so please be patient as you wait for yours to arrive. Please wait until 2 March 2020 before contacting us to tell us that you have not received your race number.

If you entered before 21 February and by 2 March have not received your race number by post, please contact: sh@racetimingsolutions.co.uk to arrange to collect a replacement race number from the Information Tent on race day. Please note that a £5 fee may be payable upon collection of replacement race numbers (if your address details were entered incorrectly, etc).

If you entered on 21 February or later, you will need to collect your race number from the Information Tent on race day.

⚠️ TRANSFER DEADLINES

Please note that as per the T&Cs presented during booking, we are unable to defer entries into future years or other aat: events. We will, however, facilitate transfers between distances (Half Marathon / 5km / Kids Run) and between participants.

If you are unable to take part in the event for any reason, you have until 23:59 on 2 March to contact us to arrange a transfer of your place to another runner. You MUST contact us in order to arrange such a transfer – anyone running under false details will be disqualified as per UKA rules. A replacement race number will not be posted to your replacement runner – they will need to collect their number from the Information Tent on race day. Please understand that as we began posting personalised race numbers at the beginning of February, a £5 fee will be payable upon collection of any replacement race numbers.

You have until 23:59 on 2 March to contact us to arrange a transfer between distances at the Mercer Surrey Half Marathon. After this time, simply head to the Information Tent on race day and we can organise this for you free of charge – as you will keep your existing race number.

⚠️ ENTRY CLOSES IN FEBRUARY

Vincent (pictured) has a personalised race number – which he received bypost in advance of the event. Be more like Vincent – enter by 31 January so that the crowds can cheer your name around the course and across the finish line!

We strongly advise runners to enter by 31 January. Those who do will receive personalised race numbers by post. A limited number of places will be available in February (subject to availability) but may not include personalisation or postage of race numbers.

In an effort to reduce the amount of packaging we use, branded headwraps (buffs) WILL NOT be posted out with race packs this year. All buffs will be handed out at the finish line.
